Designed by Diego Revollo Arquitetura, this 100 m2 Loft is located in the noble neighborhood of Morumbi, in São Paulo. Handed by the builder almost without walls and already with the mezzanine, the apartment did not need a great remodel. Hence, this project mainly focus on how to cleverly use the space and provides elegant finishes.
Your living room should be your favourite room in the house - the hub of the building where the whole family can relax together and enjoy a film, TV series, or simply enjoy each other’s company. The backdrop for this valuable family time deserves optimum care and attention.
Located in the resurgent suburb of Maribyrnong, close to inner Melbourne, Skyline Drive House as a composed elegance that challenges many conventions in Australian domestic architecture. Two material palette, concrete and glass, are chosen for their qualities of beatification with time, sustainability, simplicity of build and integration into the building’s existing environment.
The owner of the house are from New Zealand, so based on their choices, steel beams are exposed and other design features are in part influenced by a desire to remind them of a South Island style. A full width and side return extension is added, with full height steel doors adding an industrial style to this typical Victorian brick terraced house. The ground floor has been completely reconfigured, to create once large open plan kitchen, dining and living space. At upper level a luxury master suite has been formed, the large free standing bath is laced in the center. becoems a centre piece. A new bedroom and ensuite is created in the extension.
Designed by Daniel Hopwood Studio for a newly married couple, this incredible house is located in north London. Although this house has many advantage such as lots of space and plenty of bedrooms, its original design and layout was a little too open and lack soul for this couple. To make the place more suitable for the couple’s life style, Daniel Hopwood Studio successfully transformed this place and create a perfect balance between vintage and modern together.
Located just 50 meters from the beach of Costa Brava, Spain, this 130 m² apartment is a peaceful oasis. Flooded with light, the place was carried out with all kinds of wood. Oak parquet was placed throughout the home, holm oak wood counters were used with micro-cement walls, an oak structure was used to create the foyer and pine wood is used to make the interior carpentry. Besides all the furniture and flooring, wood and natural material are wildly used in the decoration and lighting fixtures as well. Combing with the beautiful ocean view, this place is for sure a little oasis allowing you to forget all the worries.
This 60 m² apartment in Moscow has been designed according to the principle - ECOlogic and ECOnomic by studio Buro 108 for a young man. To visually increase and make maximum use of the available space, the septum that divided the hallway from the living room and kitchen was disassembled. As a result, these two rooms have been seamlessly blend in a total 40 m² space. Various plants were placed onto the wall to increase the apartment’s cosiness. Due to the apartment’s facing - north, there is a little sunlight. Designer uses a lot of white color in the interior to brighten up the space. A pattern that looks like handmade sketches of leaves wallpaper is used in bedroom to give a pleasant feeling. Take a look at below photos and let us know which is your favorite part of this design.
